"I'd like that," she agreed, other hand going up, cupping his cheek, before sliding down to catch his hand in hers. "I'd like that very much. Starting over. I think all of us could use a little bit of that."
Lexi tugged on his hand lightly, with a laugh. "So let me feed you, dear God. It's my new religion. Feeding people until they can't move. And then you can explain to me exactly what you mean by 'going forward', because I want it to mean me never leaving your side and somehow I think that you might have something to say about that."
