Oh, God. A low noise was lost in the kiss as Lexi wound her hand into Elaine's hair, pulling her in closer. Maybe this was their problem, the fact that they kept arguing around in circles and nothing got resolved except this.
...Except there hadn't been nearly enough time to form problems, much less usual ways of handling them. It felt all too familiar, though, and Lexi didn't know why.
