After her run in with Kent the evening before and the rescheduling of her date with Karl, Rory had taken the rest of that evening to spend time at the Kestrel getting thoroughly marinated. It had been quite the while since she'd last done so and she was just completely fed up with that whole day. She honestly didn't even remember how she got home, but she was fairly certain she walked so... points for drunk!Rory for even remembering where she lived.
When she'd woken up, she realized one of two things. First, she'd ended up falling asleep right on the living room floor. Not her finest moment. And second, she'd slept through most of the day. It was evening now and she had a headache, a wicked case of cotton mouth, and had missed a few text messages.
Lovely.
She as definitely not going to be cooking and she had to take what she normally took for a hangover with food, so with that in mind and the craving for the greasiest cheeseburger she could put away, Rory put on a pair of shades - evening be damned - and made her way to Delilah's Diner.
Upon arrival, the blonde immediately took a seat near one occupied with another blonde and a dog... and the other blonde looked like she was having about as much fun as she was at the moment.
Reaching into her bag, she took the mixture that the vet in Hawaii had shown her how to make for hangovers - really, that woman had been a Godsend - and set it on the table off to the side. She just needed that cheeseburger...
