"I guarantee you we can both name one person who doesn't," Nora laughed, shaking her head. Though, as Tony grabbed her beer and drank it, Nora rolled her eyes and pulled a cold one from the ice in the bucket next to her, passing it to him with a grin. "If you're that hard up for alcohol, all you have to do is say so." As if it were some big deal he drank after her. It wasn't. Never had been. It had become second nature for her to tease him, though, once he'd hooked up with her baby sister. Of course, as he began to describe why he was stuck home alone, Nora sighed in familiarity. Being home alone definitely sucked when one was used to noise.
"You should know by now that you're always welcome at the house. One or both of us is usually home. Just, you know... call first. Wouldn't want you to walk in something and get all jealous at what you never experienced." The grin on her face grew as she teased him further. Nora knew he was happy with her little sister and Kent. And if Tony didn't know she was nauseatingly happy with Teo, her answer to his next question would have solidified the theory. "Life is fantastic. Best it's been in a long time," she laughed. "Ever since Teo moved in things have just been..." The sigh that left her lips couldn't be described as anything other than "dreamy". The man had been her childhood crush in school and now, decades later, here she was married to him. "How about you? How's your life been?"
