"I know," Andi grinned. "When I did that one year here, I was in Manhattan which isn't far. We took a trip there and it nearly blew my mind," she grinned. "Sydney is fantastic and busy and big, but New York...There seems like there is so many people in such a tiny place."
"And I am happy," she said. "Things are working out for me here. I'm living the life that I choose to live," she smiled. "I get to go to work every morning and work with Unicorns, I have friends. I have a dog who a friend here helped me to get and I basically share Loki with him. I may have a smidge of a crush but..." she shrugged her shoulders. "It's just...I'm free. This is freedom."
"You'll be happy too," she nodded. "Give it time, Gigi. You can get a job if you want, or not considering you've got the money to not. You'll make friends here who actually want to get to know you and not just be your friend because of your last name. And maybe you'll find someone to make you forget about Robert and all that bullshit and show you what love really is like." Which was funny for Andi to say, because she wasn't sure actual love existed, at least that wasn't the Kingsland way.
