10:35pm - Lina & JJ - Pavilion
"It's alright—really. No harm done, and thank you," she reassured JJ, gifting a rare smile for the compliment. However, Lina froze when the younger woman mentioned having seen her earlier, and she knew (without even really needing to guess) when exactly that was. Her smile was a little less bright. "Well, masks will do that that."
Lina kept her expression as pleasantly neutral as she could since what JJ was saying was a little concerning. If mostly because as innocuous as the things she'd been asked to do—by JJ herself, even if she were only the messenger—were certainly in the wrong as it were. Yet her tone would suggest she wasn't actually trying to imply anything at all. "Oh, no, I'm sure you're not doing anything wrong," she responded. She clucked her tongue. "Ah... yeah, I would tell you if I could but... having my head chewed off already by one Brightstar is plenty—I'd rather not add to it."
