Relic put a hand on Mitch's shoulder and squeezed before the other male said anything else. He ignored the glare and knew it wasn't really for him, but he knew Mitch well enough to know that while his points might be solid, he was too upset to make them in a ... helpful way.
"Lana has lived with me since her rescue. I've seen no sign of Stockholm, or her showing anything but relief to be away from Sterling." Relic murmured, shaking his head. "I won't deny that she still has some emotional healing to under go, but it certainly didn't hinder her from assisting on the hunt."
He glanced at Patrick, "My apologies for making you trust her while she rescued the other members of the pack without being a member."
It was incredibly difficult to stand there after Lana had left, but he went on, "Veritaserum is certainly a valid request," he allowed, but if they were going to do it, he would protest heavily if the questions were worded in certain ways.
"But if you'll excuse me," he motioned towards the door, and rose to go after Lana as well.
