When Julius pulled out of him, Louis felt an ache that, not unlike the act itself, was equal part pleasant and painful.
"You did," he said softly, and though perhaps it wasn't the romantic scene that he had hoped for, it had been nice, and Julius seemed kind even now. It was, after all, not his fault that it had hurt.
"It was... all right, then?" he asked, hesitantly. What he meant was had he been all right.
