The night had gone even better than Charlie had hoped - he enjoyed having all his family there, and there hadn't even been any hexes thrown so far. So he could count the night as a success before it was even over. They all took the news well, though Charlie suspected he'd be hearing about it from now until the wedding from some of them.
However none of that seemed very important when he found himself in a corner with Callum, not being congratulated or treated to yet another dragon joke by members of his family. "Believe me I know." Charlie agreed, he'd missed touching Callum - really touching him, and now that the family knew he could hardly think of a reason not to.
