Jamie chuckled. "I never said that he does do that. In fact, it's unlikely since there is still no picture of me printed anywhere. I was musing about the positive effects of such a picture. Really, Uncle Charlie, you need to learn to distinguish between what might happen and what happens." He shrugged. "I'm used to people seeing me."
He sniggered. "That's because you don't understand the subtlety of our beautiful language, and you might not have had problems because you lived in Romania most of your life. Maybe, you've spent so much time there that you have started to think in Romanian and your thoughts don't come out right when expressed in English."
Jamie bit his lip, trying not to laugh. "So he's asking Uncle Bill for your hand in marriage, do it all official and you fuck it up by telling me first. You really do suck at this, but don't worry, your secret is safe with me. I'll be properly surprised when you make it official. I won't even tell Sirius."
He couldn't make too much fun about the time travel, considering who he had married. "Well, I'm happy that you have found someone you want to marry. However, you might not want to say the rest, not if he's asking Uncle Bill because then his son should know, yeah? So how about you keep your mouth shut for a few days? And never tell Uncle Percy to bite you; he might actually do it."
