Bill laughed. "Well I can't help that I was born less fortunate than others when it comes to my thinking capacity," he joked. A joke he could likely only stomach making because he knew he was smart.
"No not everyone can, or we'd go insane before long," Bill laughed. "But without laughing at what we can't change the world would be a horrible place too. And trust me, I have plenty of fear and respect for that spell, whatever it is." Most of all he both feared and hoped for Fleur's return, which he knew wasn't healthy or a good way to move on.
Bill laughed. "Well the option is going back to Egypt," he said, and dammit if he hadn't thought about it. "I've been away too long, though. You know I only took the desk job to be in England during the war, and then there was Fleur, and then the kids, and now it's just been too long. Even if I wanted to go back, I don't think Gringotts would be interested. I'm too old and I've been behind a desk for too long. At least this way I get to put my nose in the research, even if it is by looking over other people's shoulders."
