Bill chuckled at Charlie's comment, though one look at Callum told him that the man didn't think this was a laughing matter. Personally he felt that if you couldn't laugh at something, it just seemed a whole lot worse than otherwise.
"Really?" Bill said with a chuckle. "And here I thought you didn't get to choose," he teased, though he turned to Callum next, who did not seem to approve of the jokes. "I didn't mean to suggest it's fun," he said. "In fact I'm quite sure it's not. I'm a firm believer in joking about the most serious things, however. Make them seem a little less frightening that way."
He chuckled when Charlie explained, nodding at the comments. "There are a few of us who prefers the sidelines when we play, Fleur never played for instance, but most us do. It's definitely easier, and a lot less boring than standing around watching the rest of us play."
As he heard them speak of their dragons, he just shook his head, smiling. "You're really a great match. Just as in love with them, the pair of you."
