It also seemed a bit silly to Charlie to consider how long the length of their engagement might be when they couldn't even get married yet. Callum had teased him about picking another country for the wedding, but if they were going to do this then Charlie wanted to do it here - and though he hoped it wouldn't take them long to fix the marriage laws, it would take time to put all of that to right once again. "I don't expect it to be easy, but I think he'll come around. Even if you did shelter him too much." Though in Charlie's mind Baron had turned out just fine, he had the mentality of many keepers Charlie knew - granted a great many of those keepers were his age and older, but that wasn't exactly the point now was it?
"And yet, magically, I'll never actually be as old as you are, old man." Charlie smirked at Bill. Sure his brother was not quite two years older than him, and it hardly made a difference now that they weren't kids anymore, but it was enough that Charlie still liked to poke at the age difference from time to time.
He chuckled when Bill asked Callum about Quidditch, really once the subject had been brought up in this family it was hard to get away from it, no matter how far from the original topic of conversation it actually was. "Believe me there will be more than plenty of chances for them to test you out." He assured Callum. "I'm sure Sirius and Jamie wouldn't mind another Quidditch reception when they get married again."
