"Consider yourself special." Charlie replied, and then nodded. He had a feeling he'd be relying on Callum a lot to find out how these things were supposed to be done, either that or find someone else to talk to about it, though Percy was off his list of helpful people to talk to in these cases, Hermione maybe. "We can arrange something, whenever that may be."
"I was trying to fix the miscommunication." Charlie said, "But I'll remember that the next time I try to have a conversation of any sort in a cemetery." Charlie shrugged when Callum frowned. "My brother, for one. I went to talk to him last weekend, trying to figure things out - and he seemed to agree with you, that I am very bad at these things." And then he snorted. "Gods no, I have not proposed to anyone else in my life."
He chuckled when Callum reminded him about their ages and offered him a hand up. "Yes, I'm not really made for kneeling on the ground that long anymore." Maybe ever, Charlie thought as he got to his feet again. "I'll talk to Bill then, and see what his schedule is like so we can set something up. Do you want more of my family there, or just him?"
