"I can be patient." He assured Callum. "We've got the rest of our lives after all, don't we?" This was just a start in a process Charlie knew that, and Callum knew that too - but Charlie would be there and be a part of it when Callum needed him to. "I'll be here, whenever you need me to be."
"I'm not going to give up a life time of being a bachelor only to end all of this in divorce." He promised. "I want this for as long as we have, what ever it is those proper vows say." He shook his head, a small grin on his face. "I think the only time the world is going to think you've lost your mind is when they find out that you've consented to joining my crazy family. I think you'll be fine otherwise."
Maybe they should have gotten up, done something else, but after what had only been something like a week Charlie wasn't in a hurry to let go of Callum.
