RP: Louis & Lorcan
Who: Louis Weasley, Lorcan Scamander
When: 13 November 2010, morning
Where: The Leaky
Summary: Louis is having a rough morning after his night at the club, but goes to reunite with his friend anyway.
Louis woke up feeling like the wrong end of a Blast-Ended Skrewt.
The unfortunate part was that though he had apparently drunk enough so that he had the world's worst hangover this morning, he hadn't drunk enough to not remember the night before. In fact, he could recall it all in agonizing detail - from practically throwing himself into Callum's lap to acting like an inexperienced, besotted twit to Alastor's humiliating interruption. Though part of him had wanted to wait for Callum, to perhaps leave with him anyway, he'd simply been too embarrassed to stay, not with Alastor staring daggers at him and speaking to him as if he were some wayward child. And not when that sobering moment had reminded him how wantonly he'd been acting in a crowd of people, and who knew who might have seen! Louis Weasley, back from the dead, oh, and did you hear that he enjoys letting older men grope him in public?
He'd left straight away, despite the rather unfortunate, aroused condition he'd been left in, and came stumbling into Shell Cottage in a likely futile attempt to sneak in and not let his father know what he'd been up to. It apparently had indeed not worked, because when he woke this morning he found a small potion sitting on his bedside table.
He was fairly certain he recognized the scent as that of a hangover remedy; unfortunately, in his continued incompetence, he managed to knock the damn thing onto the floor in his attempt to grope for it from his bed. At least he managed to clean it up with magic without damaging anything else, but his head was still pounding by the time he dressed and left the house. He was at least glad that his father was no longer there.
He knew that he should go to the WWW opening, but he knew that he must look an absolute fright, and he certainly felt it. And so instead he made good on a promise he'd made the day before - to visit Lorcan, who was staying at the Leaky Cauldron. They had exchanged a couple of quick owls the day before, and Louis knew at least that his friend wouldn't judge him too harshly. Not to mention that he was likely to know as well as his father how to cure a hangover.
So he made his way to the Leaky and slid into a chair to wait for him, closing his eyes and trying to ignore what seemed to be very loud sounds all around him.
