Cassandra & Felix
Felix had made his way down from the private lounge they were celebrating Caradoc's birthday in, needing a change of scenery. He appreciated the invite and liked the guests attending the party but he felt keenly that they were Caradoc's friends more than they were his and he didn't want to spoil his brother's fun.
Besides, there was much more of Eros to see.
He had just gotten a drink at the bar and walked towards the dance floor, looking more for a place to people-watch than to dance. There was plenty of time for dancing later, possibly once the people he knew had gone home so he could really enjoy himself. He had headed over to a more secluded area, hoping he could people-watch but when he walked closer, he saw a pretty dark-haired woman already standing there.
"Great minds must think alike," he said with an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry, I didn't realise you had already claimed this spot," He realised he didn't know the young woman and remembered his manners.
"I don't believe we're acquainted. I'm Felix Dearborn."
