He nodded, feeling numb, as she explained about going home. He'd expected it. The farm wasn't home for her, just like her parents' house would never be home to him. 'I can help you pack...? Or just leave you alone, whichever.' His mouth went dry at her next words. 'You... just get yourself better, then we'll think about that...'
