Charlie nodded. Things had been far more lax in camp than they ever were on a real reserve, he knew not everyone was cut out for this kind of a job and he did his best to make sure the people who were pulled in to help out wouldn't feel too much like they were being unfairly treated - he hadn't counted on getting used to the way things had been himself. "It's been too long since I've worked on a real reserve." He muttered.
"So say you leave, then what?" Charlie asked, because he might not want to think about it, but it was looking like that was probably going to end up being the path they went down as much as Charlie wanted to find a different option. "Baron will go with you, I can get new keepers to fill the spaces."
Charlie nodded, it was best if they did things like that - not that Charlie didn't want Callum there in his tent every night, but he wouldn't ask Callum to hurt his reputation over this. "Yeah, we'll figure something out." Even if that meant agreeing that leaving was the best option. "And then go from there."
