Charlie couldn't help chuckling at the look on his sister's face, yeah this was all insane and he probably wasn't helping as he tripped over himself trying to explain things in a way that wouldn't actually make him sound insane - not that it was possible when telling someone they had returned from the dead years from where they should have been.
"I'll see what we can do about the shoes." He grinned. "Though we don't really have a habit of keeping woman's shoes around, you know know all these men." He smirked, leading her to his tent to get her in out of the cold.
"Um yeah, about that ... this isn't a joke. There's been something going on with the castle, and it's bringing people here without any explanation." He knew it sounded crazy, there was no way around it no matter how much he wished he could say this and have it make sense. "What's the date, Gin? What's the year?"
