"We can't keep them here, it's not safe, for the dragons or the students. We can't care for them properly here in the make shift camp we pulled together over the last several months." He was saying too much, Charlie was sure. "But I've been working on passing some new laws and getting actual properly trained keepers together, as well as a real reserve for them. So when that's all finally taken care of we'll have to move the dragons, and we'll need your help for that of course."
