Sirius rolled his eyes at Remus, "Honestly, you say that like some of our best plans didn't come from Jamie or I getting ideas." Granted they might not have been the kind of ideas that Sirius was teasing about at the moment, well except for that one plan which had actually turned out pretty well if he was quiet honest. "But seeing as I really am a very big fan of getting laid I'll do my best not to get any of these particular sorts of ideas for the time being." He grinned, and pressed his lips against the corner of James' mouth briefly.
Despite the main course, dinner didn't actually turn into some kind of shouting match, and Sirius gave them all another point for manners, and hoped maybe they could make it through the rest of the evening unscathed. It would be a miracle really.
The news that Lily was pregnant was actually surprising if Sirius was honest with himself - not that he'd never expected them to have more children. Actually he'd always suspected Jamie and Lily to be the sort to have plenty of children, not that they'd gotten the chance in the past. But a deja vu was putting it lightly, Sirius remember when he'd gotten the news that Lily was pregnant the first time - he remembered Harry. And it just pulled the fact that Harry was not here to the forefront of his mind, but Sirius put a grin on his face and nodded along with Remus' congratulations - it was happy news, and really Sirius was happy for them, even if he was reminded of the man who had become his friend and the child he had been. "I always knew you had it in you Prongs."
