Re: Bill - Hermione
Bill chuckled. "True, mum certainly was a force to be reckoned with," he said with a fond smile. He missed them both, though at least they were together now. That was something he firmly believed.
With a smile on his lips he looked around, looked at the people pointing and moving around, some in wonder, others in excitement, a couple with less pleased looks on their faces. "I think it will," he said. "There will always be a few, but yeah, I think this will make people more open to things." He grinned. "I'm certainly looking forward to trying a few things I've never tried. Seeing just how little dad really knew about this stuff."
"You're doing a great job, Hermione," he said. "In a fair world you'd keep the post. And yes, I know it won't happen, but it should. You'd have my vote." He'd not realised when he took the job that the head of the Department of Mysteries had a permanent place in the Wizengamot, but then there was a lot of things he'd not realised that day. He shrugged at the question. "Better than I thought," he said. "I sort of like it, well some parts of it, though I get the feeling I'm a bit more hands on than previous heads, but then that's the fun part." He'd hate to let go of research completely.
"So how is everything else?" he asked. "Rose and Hugo are better I hope? I went to see them when they were still in the hospital but they were both sleeping when I was there."
