"No, they have those things," he explained. "It's more that this is just a very tiny bit of their culture. Just like Eros is only a tiny bit of ours. Although, the arcade is something usually more often frequented by the youth than adults, actually. But, they have museums and libraries, concerts and theatre. Those are the parts of muggle culture I like, the boring academic parts." Remus laughed quietly.
The idea of what the Carrows must have taught, the influence of people who allied themselves with Fenrir Greyback, made him shake his head. "I can only imagine what they might have taught," he said ruefully. "But, yes, that is a part of why I don't like crowds much."
Remus returned her smile with one of his own. "Working for Severus wasn't that bad, to be honest. Life in the castle just doesn't seem to suit any more."
