"What? Of an old man?" he joked with a grin on his face. When Charlie got next to him, he put his hand on Charlie's arm, shifting closer. "Merlin, yes. I don't think I'd have the energy to train brand new people." He turned his head and kissed Charlie. "It still sounds impossible, but nice."
Callum shrugged. "He was the Healer that came down here and didn't bother me. I can't say I put too much thought into his bank account."
He snorted. "We did pick the most aggressive species for a reason. It's not going to be easy, but since neither of us is likely to get a job behind a desk, we have the time."
