Charlie nodded, when Stephen told him about the Moors. "That'd work."
"Not all the land." Charlie couldn't help but chuckle at the nonlook on Stephen's face when he'd mentioned turning the lands over to the public. "I suppose we can find a way to work around the private aspect of the lands at least - that's why they gave me these people to work with. And I don't want to make any promises about compensation without talking to someone who actually gets these sort of things." There were still a lot of things to consider with this kind of arrangement, but it was a real and actual location unlike anything Charlie had been able to come up with to this point. "Let me come up with a few ideas and then I'll get back with you about what we think might work and you can let me know how you feel about it, how does that work?"
