Re: Stephen-Charlie
"Well yes." Charlie agreed with a laugh. "I'm pretty sure Callum will murder me if all our keepers end up being taken for other jobs, but some things are more important. I get that." Not that Charlie agreed, but he could understand that to some people there were more important things than the well being of half a dozen dragons and those left to care for them.
Ah, he should have known people like the Notts would have that much land to themselves, it hardly seemed right. "Well if it would be a proper reserve the dragons wouldn't be going around snatching up any other animals you're keeping." He considered what Stephen suggested, and it wasn't a half bad idea. "We've been thinking about a reserve that would be more educational than research oriented like the one in Romania." He told him. "Letting outsiders come and see the dragons, even giving talk or two about them." Charlie shrugged, the idea of payment to help support the estate wasn't a bad one either.
"We might have to make that area of the estate public though, if we're putting these dragons there. Your family going to be all right with that?" Charlie asked, because while there may be others with that much land, he had Stephen right here in front of him.
