Re: Stephen-Charlie
"Too many." Charlie admitted shaking his head. He missed the dragon camp, where all the faces were familiar and when they changed they stayed changed - but this? A constant sea of faces wanting to talk to him about things he didn't even have the first clue where to start? It was a mess. "And here I thought I was doing a good job, pretending to enjoy being stuck behind this desk." He chuckled.
Charlie arched an eyebrow at Stephen when he said he was planning on taking one of the few keepers they still had left. He understood people wanted to get back to their lives and their families but they only had so many people to work with at the moment. "I may end up having a word with Bill then if that's the case, not like we have keepers to just throw around, not that it'll make a difference of course. I just need to give my brother a hard time occasionally." He didn't put any frustration into it, he didn't blame anyone for the changes that were happening.
"Not yet, no." Oh he and Callum had talked, come up with plenty of ideas of what they could do with the dragons, the new reserve and things like that, but the reality of those plans were proving to be just a bit more difficult than reading out a list to a secretary and making it happen. "It wouldn't be safe to just give them back, not for the dragons or the keepers at other reserves." Charlie told him. "We've trained the dragons for defense, they're not really fit for reserves anymore."
