"I'm sure you're right," Remus agreed. "But after everything she's done, I think laughing adds an extra touch of spite that's very deserved." Although, truthfully, he only cared that she couldn't hurt Regulus or Sirius or anyone else he cared about ever again. How it happened, how injured he'd been in the process, none of it mattered in the end, only that she couldn't hurt his family.
Now, if only they'd gotten so lucky with Greyback.
