Sirius tutted his friend gravely. "I don't think that excuse is going to hold up in court, Moony. You're going to have to come up with something better." He grinned, moving so that he could hug Lily, pressing a kiss to the top of her head, "It's good to see you alive and well, Red." He told her.
"And you?" Sirius shook his head at Remus. "I heard about what you got yourself into, and I'm just slightly surprised Regulus hasn't hexed you himself." He sighed dramatically and then leaned down to press a wet kiss against Remus' cheek and ruffling his hair.
"So what sort of trouble are the two of you getting up to, and have I missed any of it?" Sirius asked finding himself a chair and pulling it up to join their conversation, stretching his legs out in front of him, and leaning back just a bit more carefully than he might have normally, and crossing his arms across his stomach.
