As frantically as she was working before, Margot worked harder, clearing out his lungs and making sure the ribs were mended enough that she could conjured up bandages that would hold them in place without further damaged. "I know, love," she said before preforming another mending charm.
He was unconscious when Margot was able to move to his face. Banishing dirt and debris swiftly, but carefully out of the wounds, she cleaned out the slashes. Even though they were a bloody mess, they were not cursed which meant she could close them. However, given their proximity to his eyes, she needed them opened some if for when she would be able to to further work. After closing a few, Margot conjured up bandages and wrapped them around the young man's face until only his nose and mouth were exposed to the elements.
