"I forget when faced with so much insanity. You're almost normal compared to some." He snorted. "Not my finest moment, I admit it." He rested his head on Charlie's chest. It was strange to lay like this, but it felt right. "I guess we're stuck together just a little longer."
He chuckled. "You'd never stay with your family for months. You'd go insane, and I can't believe you are suggesting that I take your place."
He raised his head as they kissed. The touch, the tenderness, it was all foreign to him, and it raised more questions that he put aside. "Yeah, later is fine. We have other things to worry about for the time being."
