"You're insane." He didn't think it would be so easy, though. "Up at the castle, I was listening to people make plans, what they would do and where they'd go and I realised that I have none of that, but I have to find something for Baron and me, and I have no clue," he said. "Do you know that I only left McKinnon's place once for a few hours before we came here and that was to go to the Ministry and the Leaky? I really have no clue about the outside. Then again, some of us will have to stay with the dragons, right? It's not like we can just leave them here."
He snorted. "You'll need months before you spend enough time with all your family, and after that you might want to come back and teach. You won't see me doing it, though. I can teach men, not annoying children than whine."
He rolled closer and peppered Charlie's lips with a kiss. "I'm not asking for anything, not now. These have been strange circumstances, and they won't be when it's over."
