She appreciated the privacy spell and smiled a bit, though she noticed at once that Ms Granger seemed a bit defensive. She hoped she wouldn't offend her, but at the same time she told herself she was doing this for Lily.
"I went to visit with her the other day," she said. "We had a rather long conversation - well as long as is allowed - and," he hesitated for a moment before going on. "She told me that she's worried about having the baby, that while she knows the technical facts from books and healers, she doesn't really know what to expect."
"She confided in me that she misses her mother, and while I wouldn't share that with just anyone, I thought you might want to know. I was hopping that perhaps, being a mother yourself as well as her aunt, you could help her with what she needs."
She paused, looking straight at Ms Granger. "I hope you do not mind me bringing this up and if I overstepped in any way, I apologise. Lily has been very understanding, and she tried to help me when few others did. I am hoping to repay the favour."
