Re: Eileen Prince, Caractacus Burke
His smaller hands tightened, digging into flesh, mouth set into a grim line as Ms. Prince weaved and turned throughout the forest. Caractacus was impressed; by Merlin, the woman could fly, particularly given that she was flying in such a manner with two passengers.
As soon as they touched down, Caractacus gratefully disembarked, then walked slowly over to a tree, sitting down on the forest floor and pulling out his wand, beginning a flurry of activity intended to diagnose and treat his ankle. He'd left his salve back in the rooms, and so Burke settled for a pain-numbing charm.
Caractacus would have to make a Portkey as well, just in case; like hell he was going to run away from the Death Eaters on foot; even if the Portkey was monitored, it'd get him further away than the rest of these unfortunate souls.
