When she returned from her ... talk with Ted Lupin, Andromeda found the topic still turned towards the man's wife and her apparent inability to hold her tongue. Never the sort to play the verbal combat her relatives seemed so fond of, she turned towards the quiet one sitting quite close by.
Al, she thought his name was. He worked in the lab with her and Mrs. Lupin. Of course, it seemed as if he always talking with a group of other young men while the two brothers and their friend chatted amongst themselves. It made her feel rather lonely to tell the truth. But he was the only other one she even vaguely knew and was not caught up in some sort of confrontation.
"It seems like you have the right idea." Andromeda's hand indicated the chocolate mousse he was studying so intently. "Though I must admit I preferred the strawberries myself."
