Ted/Andromeda
It was decidedly odd to see her sitting there, Ted decided. She seemed relaxed and at eased, but he could see the way her back would stiffen and her head would shift. He knew better. he also knew he was staring, but it was hard to see her there, so close yet paying him no mind, like he wasn't even worth a knut. Ted looked at the glass of champagne in his hand and wondered what exactly he was doing here. His grandmother had barely spared him a glance all night. Perhaps he and Victoire shouldn't have come at all.
He stole a glance in his wife's direction. Thank Merlin for her.
He'd been excited when he heard the Notts and his grandmother had been brought into Hogwarts' relative safety, but he hardly ever saw her unless it was in the Great Hall. Then she was always busy, talking to this or that person. Never a moment alone.
