Theo certainly had a lot to discuss with Stephen. For one thing, it was quite obvious that he and Azriel were a lot more serious than Stephen had let on, which meant he was definitely not going to let it drop. Another thing was the apparent connection between Stephen and the Order. It seemed rather odd that he and Stephen had both been working with them.
Not that Stephen's words that he was sending notice had kept him from sending a Patronus of his own while packing. It had been quite simple: "The Dark Lord has turned on us, we need to come to Hogwarts. I'll await your instructions." He'd then made sure the elves packed everything (why do it yourself when you didn't have to) and had sent Mimsy to take care of the more sensitive matter of his office.
Now, while in a house belonging to his son's lover, he could only look around. It was certainly more comfortable than a company werehouse, but what were all these muggle contraptions doing here?
"What are these things?" he asked, scepticism clear in his voice. There were a lot more important matters to discuss, of course, like how long his son had worked for the Order, and how serious he and Azriel really were with his elf calling Stephen master, but those could wait until they were alone.
