Callahan nodded. "That they are. Randolph Keitch, Quidditch, breaking charms, trading cards, the whole bit," he answered. "Mum decided that if they didn't want a marriage, she wouldn't have a marriage. She had me and lived with my dad as if they were. Sent me to Hogwarts using her name. I think she pissed them off just right," he said, laughing. "A fighter, my mum is."
He knew people didn't understand what they did, so he wasn't insulted. "I should, but I see the other hit wizards. The long enough and the danger take their toll. They are plenty of broken marriages, cheating, widows left to raised their children alone. I've seen my mum do it. I won't do it to another woman."
Callahan laughed. "Oh, if you think cars are scary, you'll be terrified by the end of the night. Think you can manage a pair of jeans and some comfortable shoes? Because fancy places are all the same no matter where you go. I'll show you the real Muggle World."
