"I learned from you Mum, how could I be anything less." He snickered, because they both knew that Hermione had broken almost as many laws as she'd helped make, but that was just what made her his Mum.
"Well, I don't have much else to do, and helping Neville in the Greenhouses is actually really soothing so it gives me a lot of time to meditate." Now that he knew what he was doing, it was easy to tune out the more mundane aspects of the job, and turn his attention to reflection.
Again, he didn't answer right away, because he wasn't sure he knew the answer himself. Finally, he went with what felt right. "I want to travel. There's more to curses than Egypt you know. I'm sure I could find the right program that takes me all over. The Americas, the Far East, Africa. Like the kid in..." He paused, because it was still hard to think about his favorite professor, and how he'd died on the train, protecting the younger students.
"In Professor Boot's books. Finding adventure wherever he goes." He grinned, because the more he thought about it, the more he was sure this was what he wanted to do, despite it taking him away from Britain for long periods at a time.
