Stephen nodded. "Horrible one. Life would be much easier without illogical beings." He smiled. "Of course not. In fact, you are quite useful at the moment." It was a statement of fact, and Stephen didn't see anything wrong with it.
"Considering the danger, I'd rather not wait until they kill me. You know, that's just a slight preference on my part," he said, not understanding why they would waste time. "Now seems like a perfect time." He gestured toward his father, giving him a silent consent.
