Re: Wedding Night
Walden and Katherine did not stay long after the last of the well wishers had given the bride heir best. Walden's associates didn't bother, which he appreciated. He didn't need to be wished all the best. He was going to enjoy married life, he suspected. Although, when they returned from the wedding tour -- such as it was, a hotel room in Paris he had no intentions of letting her leave -- he would have to get together with Rabastan and Fenrir, reminisce about the entertainment his wedding had turned out to be.
But, for the moment, he had a bride to seduce.
"Ready, Kitten?" He murmured, coming up behind her, one arm sliding around her waist so he could apparate them straight to the honeymoon suite without waiting longer than a second for her response. He did not release her when they arrived, but merely glanced around the room.
"To your liking?" he asked politely.
Of course, it was very much to Walden's liking. White was such a good backdrop for these things...and he very much intended to take the bloodied sheets back to share with the others. Proof of "virginity" and all those lovely medieval customs.
