Re: After dinner - Theo, Pansy, Belvina
He'd watched the opening to the tent since they took her, and watched her when they arrive. The way she sat with some difficulty, the way she looked. He knew there was nothing to be done without causing a scene though, but the moment dinner was over, he took his wife by the arm and walked them both over to her.
"Belvina, my dear, we'll need a word." He was careful not to touch her but let Pansy guide her to where they were more alone, pulling up every wandless, wordless privacy spell he could.
"Saying we're horrified and sorry for what happened tonight is hardly enough. I-" he shook his head, the concern in his eyes sincere as he looked at her. "I did not realise what was going on and my actions came too late and I could not intervene. For that I am truly sorry." He was not a man who apologised often, and he knew he had not been able to interfere, but he still wished he could have. Belvina was his responsibility.
"Are you free to return to the manor? If so we can leave at once, and you can rest. I will assist you with any potions necessary, as well as anything else you need." One to prevent pregnancy came high on the list.
