If she'd thought she knew how to act before this charade she'd been wrong. This was acting, sitting at this table, in this company, without giving into the urge to run off and hide somewhere. The Dark Lord? Bellatrix Lestrange? They were as scary as her new husband!
This entire wedding was a big act, and she deserved a medal for not trying out the killing curse on her husband already. They'd used the old spell - to death do them part, and the implications made her shudder with fear. All she could do was hope it would be her husband's death and not hers that ended the union. If it were to come sooner rather than later, she wouldn't be particularly upset either.
She took a bite of her food, forcing her smile in place as she listened to the conversation. Happily no one had asked her opinion on the matters discussed yet. It was easier to act when your voice didn't risk giving you away.
