"I guess I'm so used to the cold now, that I didn't notice it," he said, but now that it had been brought to his attention he couldn't help but shiver a bit. "The towers seem draftier somehow, do you think?"
He snorted, and shrugged. "I might have. It's not as if there's anything to look forward to in my rooms." He wrapped his arms around his waist, and bit his lip. "I never realized how quiet it can be, when you're alone. And I don't mind the quiet most of the time."
Blushing when Jacob clapped a hand on his shoulder, his pulse started to beat faster and he moved closer unintentionally. "It's not as if I did much. I was in the Great Hall, helping the Healers in case anyone needed medical attention."
