Jamie was going from person to person. It wasn't as irritating as he thought it would be, because it kept him from thinking too much. Thinking wasn't really good, because then he'd remember how this insanity was his father's fault, and how it could have been avoided if he had simply followed rules. No, he certainly wasn't thinking of that.
"Hey, yourself." James smiled and shook his head. "I'm fine, Dylan. People want to feel closer to Harry Potter. Let them." As long as they talked about the hero, he didn't have to talk about the person. "How are you? How's Dom?" Taking over her class yesterday had been the best thing possible. For two hours, he had thought of nothing: no planning, no protocols, no schedules, no memorials. Nothing but fun.
