Alastor 's eyebrow likely mirrored Severus' at that moment. This was not the usual reaction to such news and while planning was all well and good, the last thing they needed was for Jamie to push this away the way they all did sleep and watch it burst forth at the worst moment later. Talking about plans was rarely conclusive proof of a clear head.
"Most likely," Alastor confirmed, picking up the first points of Jamie's outburst. "They came in through the tunnel to the station, the only one he would have known about. We have to assume whatever he knew they do. Vance as well. So, yes," he added with a sigh, catching the mean of the potions master's glance, "Severus is correct, security schedules, routines, room assignments, everything that can be rearranged will have to be."
Alastor wasn't one to sit around when he could be working. But, he was concerned about Jamie's reaction. So, he had to ask. "Are you sure you're up to a broadcast this soon?" Jamie was the best suited. And Alastor would trust his judgement while keeping an eye on him. But the question had to be asked.
