"Hard to believe I know, but even we like our traditions just a little bit." Charlie chuckled. He didn't obviously, and that was mostly due to the fact that Charlie was never getting married, and he shagged whomever he pleased with no attention to gender. But he knew Ron was one who had issue with the idea of Jamie and Sirius being married, he wondered what Ron would have said to him tonight if he'd been given the chance.
"Gods I would have to be put under the Imperius to ever feel the need to write my family to tell them who I'm fucking." Which still begged the question of just how the family had found out about that in the first place. "I have to think someone heard us joking around at some point, they didn't even mention the fucking, just jumped straight into marriage, though it's not such a far reach for them."
Charlie laughed when Callum grinned, "If only I knew just how I'd feel about them tonight earlier this week." He grumbled half-heartedly.
He sighed and nodded, he didn't really want to hear justifications for what had happened, he wanted his family to realize what idiots they'd been, to take at least a tiny bit of responsibility for this mess tonight. "I know they do." That was why Emmeline had come down not long after they'd gotten the dragons here, why they'd had to set rules that didn't just allow for visitors because people didn't understand. And it was one thing on a real reserve, with the proper staffing and space, but here with the conditions they were working under - people wandering around and coming into camp when ever they wanted was a recipe for disaster. "Doesn't mean I can't want to kill them for being idiots though."
He'd been considering that request Jamie made to him for a while now, trying to decide what would be the best course of action in this case, but Charlie wasn't sure. "I don't know. I have a feeling we'd have to deal with even more trouble from them if they all end up in jail the day of my niece's wedding, though it's no less than what they deserve for this." He shook his head and sighed. "Probably not, though I'm sure I'll have a talk with both Jamie and Bill when I'm up there next."
