Charlie didn't even want to think about how quickly this had all spiraled out of hand, not that he'd ever had the situation in hand to begin with. It was endlessly irritating that his family could not be bothered to listen to a thing he said, even when he was shouting.
Bill was lucky Jamie beat him to the punch, because when his older brother opened his mouth after Callum all Charlie wanted to do was hex him from here into next Sunday, and then possibly feed him to the dragons. It seemed like his brother couldn't be bothered with listening any more than the rest of them.
"You're damn right you should have known better." Charlie growled at Jamie, but at the moment he wasn't interested in explanations or apologies. And Jamie might have been part of the leadership but Charlie had an easier time forgiving him for this than he did Bill, and even Ron who had managed to keep himself out of Charlie's notice for the most part.
"Just get them out of here, and I'll reserve judgement on getting Alastor involved for when I want to kill the lot of you just a little bit less." It would be a shame if half the family ended up with their arses in jail for Vic's wedding, not that they didn't deserve it.
