"I know what I'm offering and I don't mind at all," he answered. They were both smiling and kissing, so he considered a good try, even if they hadn't shagged.
"I know, Remus, and I'm not judging or blaming you." He brushed Remus' hair as he spoke, smiling at him. "I'm grateful that you trust me enough to show me. You really have since the start, at Sirius' birthday. Even then I knew it wasn't something you did often, but now I know just how rare it was. I appreciate what you give me."
He sighed, and pressed their foreheads together. "I will support with whatever you choose to do, but I don't want you to be disappointed if you don't find what you're looking for. There might be no one else like you. Everyone is civilised in this time. What you remember might be gone forever." He hated to point that out, but he didn't want Remus hurt even more. "That's what I really wanted."
Regulus moved easily when Remus pulled him closer. "We can look at them, maybe without that formal settings. Some of them sound more personal than others, and that I like; I enjoy the connection we have. The sex is meaning less without that." He nodded. "That's a great idea. Let's just worry about loosening you up. We can deal with the rest later."
